Unclaimed Tickets

Racing Victoria Limited Club Bookmaker’s Licence Rules 2010 Section 12.1.5 states “A Bookmaker engaging in Race Betting must remain at the Bookmaker’s stand(s) until 15 minutes after the last race (or until 30 minutes if requested by the Betting Supervisor to do so).”

In the event of a customer retaining an unclaimed betting ticket for a race meeting, you can arrangement payment by:

1. Attending the Racecourse where the Bookmaker is working next or:
2. Mail the original ticket (keep a copy) along with a self-addressed envelope to the Bookmaker c/- the Victorian Bookmakers Association at the address shown below:

Please include a contact number, as in most instances we can arrange payment via bank transfer.

If you have LOST your ticket, you will need to complete a “Lost Ticket Report” and mail the original report to the above address.

Please ensure the form has been completed, and the Statutory declaration has been signed by an approved signatory.
