RACE 2 (1) CINSAULT: Best work late after giving away too much start when resuming. Switch to a stronger rider points to more positive tactics.

RACE 5 (6) MONARCHS BRAE: Conditions will suit third up. Good record this course and distance.

TRIAL POINTERS
ROSEHILL June 11: A strong 3YO heat over 900m (55.46; 35.29) featured a close three way finish with the previously noted CAPTAIN EAGLE a close second under a cold ride.
WARWICK FARM June 7 (Poly): Inthe quickest of the two 1175m heats (72.29; 34.67) an easy trial by UTOPIAN WINE took the eye with his closing fourth.
HAWKESBURY June 3: Previously noted trial runners to again show good form included the heat winner IRON MAN.
RANDWICK May 31: SUMMER LOVING is still a maiden but has shown plenty with four placings and some solid efforts against the best fillies in spring Group races. She was too sharp for her rivals in her 1050m heat (64.47; 34.29), sprinting away from them over the last 200m to score by almost six lengths. Seems a formality for her to pick up a win at this time of the year. TO THE EXTREME was never at full tilt to win her 742m heat under a soft ride in her second trial since her first prep late last year when she won a maiden at Canterbury. Right type to work through the classes.
ROSEHILL May 17: The unraced Per Incanto 3YO CAPTAIN EAGLE has been a trial star for some time and surely is close to a race start after a smart win in the fastest 900m heat (54.45; 34.93).
ROSEHILL October 3: The fastest 900m trial was won by the maiden CAPTAIN EAGLE (54.19; 35.01).
RECENT TRIAL WATCH WINNERS: C’Est Magique; Merchant Lady; Villa Tino; I Found You; Cool Man; Eliyass; Broadsiding; Yukan Rose; Equipage; Commemorative; Kerguelen; How Dare You; Bat Out Of Hell; Setombe; Unleeshing; Navy Blood; Pink Baroque; Be Real; Glenbower; Clean Energy; Emirate; Zoe’s Promise; Contemporary; Rise Of The Masses; Parisal; Graceful Artist
